Privacy Policy

MCC Metal Creative Center collects the contact, order, drawing, payment-status, shipping, and voluntarily submitted feedback information needed to quote, manufacture, deliver, and improve custom metal products.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review drawings, calculate production costs, communicate with customers, coordinate manufacturing, process payment through Shopify, arrange delivery, and improve the MCC website and service.

Website analytics

We use privacy-conscious first-party analytics to understand visits, referral sources, popular pages, and steps in the quote and checkout process. Analytics records use a random session identifier and do not store names, email addresses, payment details, uploaded drawings, or full IP addresses. MCC analytics do not use advertising cookies and honor browser Do Not Track settings.

Customer feedback

Feedback messages are reviewed by the MCC operations team. Providing an email is optional and is used only when a response is requested or needed to resolve the reported issue. Please do not include payment-card numbers or other sensitive information.

Drawings and order files

Customer drawings are used only to evaluate and fulfill the requested order, support quality control, and resolve service issues. Do not upload files you are not authorized to use.

Drawing Library submissions

When you submit a drawing to the public Drawing Library, MCC stores your account contact details, drawing file, preview image, description, and review status. If approved, the drawing, preview, title, description, and contributor name may be displayed publicly. Your email address is kept for review and rights-management purposes and is not displayed publicly.

Payments

Payments are completed through Shopify Checkout. MCC does not store full payment-card numbers.

Sharing

We may share the minimum necessary order information with approved production, payment, and delivery providers. We do not sell customer personal information.
