Terms of Service

These terms apply to custom metal requests and Drawing Library activity submitted through MCC Metal Creative Center.

Quotes and payment

Online prices are estimates until MCC reviews the drawing, material availability, manufacturability, quantity, and shipping. Production starts only after final approval and payment.

Current production range

The initial service supports the listed 0.039 in in-stock materials, parts up to 23.62 × 23.62 in, and delivery within the United States. MCC may decline designs that are unsafe, unlawful, technically unsuitable, or outside current capabilities.

Customer responsibility

Customers must provide accurate dimensions, contact information, delivery details, and files they have the right to use. Customers are responsible for confirming fit, function, and intended application.

Drawing Library contributions

You may submit only drawings and preview images you created or have permission to share. By submitting, you confirm that the content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other rights, and you grant MCC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, review, display, distribute, and let users download the approved content through the Drawing Library. MCC may reject or remove submissions at any time. The initial library accepts free contributions only; separate creator-payment, refund, and commercial-license terms will be presented before any paid listing is activated.

Custom-product changes and refunds

Because each order is made to specification, changes or cancellation may not be possible after production begins. Quality or specification concerns must be reported promptly with supporting photos and order details.

Partner network

Factory participation and order opportunities depend on location, equipment, capacity, quality, and delivery performance. MCC does not guarantee any minimum order volume or income.
